In April 2021 Gasoline, being on Bloomberg’s list over ‘the world’s best burgers’ opened its 7th restaurant in Copenhagen. The restaurant has created a Scandinavian version of the American diner concept – inspired by the Peach Pit from Beverly Hills 90210. The premium leather used for the interior design is SPOOR leather coming from Danish cattle.
